Prize Draw — Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the prize draw (‘Draw’) run in connection with the Ridgemount Digital Index 2026 survey (‘Survey’). By completing the Survey, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.  Promoter

The Draw is promoted by Ridgemount Public Relations Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 02384421, whose registered office is at Unit 3 & 4 Twigden Barns, Creaton Road, Creaton, Northampton, NN6 8LU (‘Ridgemount’, ‘we’, ‘us’).

2.  Eligibility

1. The Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. Employees of Ridgemount, members of their immediate families, and any person professionally connected with the organisation or administration of the Draw are not eligible to enter.
3. By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet all eligibility criteria and agree to be bound by these Terms. Ridgemount reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.  How to enter

• To enter the Draw, complete the Ridgemount Digital Index 2026 Survey in full before the closing date specified in clause 4.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Entries must be submitted through the official Survey link provided by Ridgemount at ridgemount.uk or via links shared in Ridgemount’s owned channels. Entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted.
• Ridgemount accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues or any other reason outside its reasonable control.

4.  Survey closing date

The Survey will close at 23:59 GMT on May 31st 2026. No entries received after this date and time will be eligible for the Draw.

5.  The prize

• One winner will receive one Amazon.co.uk gift voucher to the value of £100 (one hundred pounds sterling) (‘the Prize’).
• The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.
• Ridgemount reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its reasonable control. Ridgemount will notify the winner if this occurs.

6.  Draw and winner selection

1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid, complete Survey entries received before the closing date.
2. The Draw will take place within 10 working days of the Survey closing date.
3. The winner will be selected using a random selection process. Ridgemount’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Draw.

7.  Winner notification

1. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided in their Survey submission within 5 working days of the Draw taking place.
2. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days of it being sent, or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Ridgemount reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner in accordance with clause 6.
3. Ridgemount accepts no responsibility for failure to receive a notification due to an incorrect email address, spam or junk filters, or any other technical circumstance outside its control.

8.  Claiming the prize

1. To claim the Prize, the winner must confirm their full name and the email address to which the voucher should be delivered within 14 days of being notified.
2. The Amazon.co.uk gift voucher will be delivered electronically to the confirmed email address.
3. Ridgemount accepts no responsibility for non-delivery of the Prize where incorrect details are provided by the winner, or for any subsequent use, loss, or misuse of the voucher.

9.  Publicity

• By entering, the winner agrees that Ridgemount may publish their first name, the initial of their surname, and the name of their employing organisation in connection with the Draw on Ridgemount’s website and social media channels.
• If the winner does not wish to be identified in this way, they should notify Ridgemount in writing at the point of Prize acceptance. In such cases Ridgemount will confirm that a winner has been selected without identifying the individual.

10.  Data and privacy

• Personal data collected in connection with this Draw will be processed by Ridgemount in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ridgemount.uk/privacy-policy, and in compliance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
• Your email address will be used to administer the Draw, to notify you if you are the winner, and to send you the Ridgemount Digital Index 2026 report when it is published. It will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may opt out of any future marketing communications from Ridgemount at any time by emailing hello@ridgemount.uk or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

11.  General conditions

• Ridgemount reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the Draw at any time if circumstances arise that make this necessary and that are outside its reasonable control. In such circumstances Ridgemount will endeavour to minimise disruption and disappointment to entrants.
• Ridgemount accepts no responsibility for any technical failures, connectivity issues, or other circumstances outside its control that prevent an entry from being successfully submitted or received.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, contain false information, or are submitted in breach of these Terms will be disqualified.
• These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that entrants may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
